New Poll! |
|
| |
The right answer to the last poll was ofcourse: Ferrari 408, 85% of the 170 voters had it right!
The 408 was built in 1987 as the first 4 wheel drive Ferrari ever! The concept car had an aluminium chassis that only weighed 83 kg! The 408 was powered by a 4 litre V8, midengine. |

ItalianHorses...how to built a model |
|
| |
A great site by Alex Kustov, ItalianHorses.net. Filled with info about how to built a great (Ferrari) miniature. All with nice and detailed pictures. What about tutorials with info about: How To Use Flocking to Simulate Interior Carpeting; How To Use Foil to Enhance Window Trim; How to Apply, Polish, and Wax Your Paint to Perfection
And the result...well just look at the details of this Enzo...a kit from Tamiya! Isn't it fantastic? |

Testing continous |
|
| |
Michael Schumacher was for the second day testing at Valencia yesterday. Again he was working on a test for the tyres, but also some aerodinamic adjustments. Still driving in the F2003GA he was (again) the number two of the day. This time Montoya (1.09.306), in the new Williams, beat the Ferrari (1.09.427) time, but with a really small margin. |

960 HP Testarossa |
|
| |
Let's say you are one of the lucky ones who ownes a Ferrari Testarossa. A nice black one. You drive it and have lot's of fun. Although...you think it's a bit slow...(?) So what do you do? You let Norwood Performance add a bit spice to the engine:
Twin Turbo Charged to handle up to 1500 HP currently tuned down to 960 hp+ at Crank - 880 hp+ at Wheels - up to 22 lbs of boost. 200+ MPH on regular 93 octane Chevron pump gas!
And then you say: "This is a sick machine, I'm scared of it, but I get in and spook myself anyway...". And then put it up for sale at Ebay: US $45,803.00 |

Any information? |
|
| |
Does anybody has any information about this car? All I know is that is a 212 Inter Cabriolet, with a body of the Englisch carbuilder Abbott. This was the only Ferrari he (re)designed. The serialnumber is 0165 EL. It was built in 1952. Supposedly it's now located in Australia (Dutton Sporting Cars?). Does anyone have recent pictures of it?? |
