Ferrari celebrates this year it's 50th anniversary in the United States and a few days ago they opened a new exclusive showroom in the place where it all began; New York City, Park Avenue. The new facility is a Factory corporate showroom for both the Ferrari and Maserati brands.
It's only a few blocks away from the site where Luigi Chinetti - winner of Le Mans 1949 and the first US importer of Ferrari - opened his atelier in 1954.
The new showroom is at the corner of Park and 55th.

Next years Ferrari will be a big step forward. That's what the South African F1designer Rory Byrne said. The new aerodynamic, engine and tyre regulation-changes have compelled in a totally different car design. "It will be a bit slower, of course, but technically it will be even better."
Ferrari will start the 2005 season with a 'hybrid' version of the F2004. If they do the new car cannot debut until the third grand prix, because of the new two-race engine rule.
