New Ferrari Store opened |

 The new Ferrari store in Milan opened yesterday! The store, situated in Piazza Liberty, is the ninth official sales point in the world. Ferraris president, Luca di Montezemelo, was present at the opening, together with Jean Todt, Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello.
The Ferrari Store of Milan will be run as a franchise by the Percassi Group, a major player in Italian retailing. Over three thousand articles will be on display inside. Prices in the range from 4.50 to 40,000 euros (the last price is for the championship winning F1 engine from 2000).

Ferrari is on tour. On a 15.000 Red Miles Tour. Through China! Two 612 Scagliettis left Shanghai on 29 August 2005. They are driven by Chinese and international journalists. The cars are only very minimal modified. They are fitted with a larger fuel tank with petrol filters and have a slightly higher suspension. The tour ends on the 29th of October, again in Shanghai.
With a fourth and a sixt place in the Brazilian GP, Ferrari had one of the best results of the last months. But they also lost something... the WorldChampionship. Alonso has now such a leap that he can't be catched by Raikkonen anymore. He is the 2005 World Champion and will drive with #1 next year.
Well, it was to be expected. Ferrari was again slow in the practice at the Monza circuit. Michael Schumacher did gave the spectators some excitement when he spun of the track. He ended the day as 12th. Barrichello had an even worse day, he ended as 16th.
